Mr. Deily was appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary, effective August 2022. Mr. Deily joined the company in October 2007 as its Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller, in January 2015.

Mr. Deily has over 40 years of continuous senior financial management experience with publicly traded companies in various industries including construction, commercial software, telecommunications, government contracting and electronics manufacturing. Past positions held by Mr. Deily have included Chief Accounting Officer as well as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Deily began his career as a certified public accountant and financial auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1976 as an accounting major with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
